I write and record songs a whole lot now. I used to go under the moniker of Cooper but it’s Ardie Collins nowadays which just makes things a little easier, I think. I did a project in 2011 where I released an original song every day throughout the year. These were all collected on a blog and on a Bandcamp, and a lot of the activity was happening over on my YouTube channel. Since my Cooper365 Project ended I have released a few EPs, one “proper” one and some B-Sides and demos. But they’re all demos, really. I describe my style as a sort of jangly, folky bawl, but that’s mainly because I’m unbearably self-derisory. Some people seem to like it. You can decide for yourself.
